This will be a hybrid role based out of our corporate headquarters in Lakeville, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The Cranberry Conversion and Logistics Manager will be responsible for managing fruit operations for the manufacturing network. You will manage cranberry storage, usage, and local transportation for optimal production quantities. You will also ensure that network plants and external customers receive quality requirements according to production plans. Additionally, you will manage long-term fruit usage strategies and represent conversion teams for the network. A Day in the Life... • Responsible for controlling and optimizing the storage, inter-area transportation and usage of fruit, juice, presscake, essence and concentrate. • Responsible for ensuring that OS plants and ITG and International customers receive correct quality attributes on time at the desired location. • Represent Conversion in Corporate and Network meetings. • Manages the long-term strategic fruit utilization model. What We Are Looking For: • Knowledge of beverage, conversion and receiving operations • Highly organized • Problem solving skills • Team player • Knowledge of finance systems (e.g. SAP) Education: Bachelor's or University Degree (Required) Work Experience: At least 5 Years of Experience Annual Salary: $116,300 - $145,400 The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
