The curious life of a creative designer A great design doesn't start in Adobe. It starts with getting obsessively curious about a client’s business. As our Creative Designer, you are equal parts conceptual thinker and visual sculptor. In a tight-knit tandem with our Creative Director, you turn client insights into sharp concepts and then bring those concepts to life with unapologetic visual flair What you'll be doing On a surface level, you will: Keep our visual standards sky-high and cohesive. You effortlessly build upon existing brand identities, craft new ones from scratch and know exactly how to turn rough sketches into showstopping campaign visuals. On a deeper level, you will: sculpt the brand You know how to translate vision into design. Whether it’s a complete rebranding or a single campaign visual. You make the brand look and feel exactly right. think it through You have a critical eye and ask the right questions. Together with the Creative Lead, you dig into what will actually make the image land, and you're not afraid to push back if something's off. sharpen the concept You don't work in isolation. Partnering closely with art directors and copywriters, you strip back and refine creative concepts and brand identities until they are razor-sharp. pull out all the stops You bring the image you have in mind to life. Regardless of the tools, skills or knowledge required to get there. Where there's a will, there's a way. Who you are You've done this before. You bring at least 5 years of experience as a creative designer to the table. You know how to handle weighty B2B brands and you aren't easily intimidated by a complex brief. You’re fluent in Adobe. Of all the design tools out there, the Adobe Creative Cloud is your absolute playground. You know it inside out and it feels like second nature to you You speak the language. Besides Adobe, you’re also fluent in English, Dutch is a bonus. You know how to articulate your creative choices clearly to the team and translate them into stunning visuals. You're a collaborator. You thrive in a flat structure (yes, holacracy!) where you get a lot of freedom but also take responsibility. You want to work alongside Art Directors, Motion Designers and Strategists to build something bigger than yourself. You're seriously curious. Your inspiration comes from far beyond the design bubble. You keep your finger on the pulse of new tech and visual trends, and if you're already experimenting with Generative AI in your workflow, that's a massive bonus. You're ready to commit. You see yourself growing within a stable team and you're looking for a permanent home (freelancers, we love you, but we're looking for a steady relationship here).
