About the role
The Creative Designer is a remote role responsible for creating visual assets that support brand awareness, product promotion, and customer engagement. Day-to-day tasks include designing digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and online ads, as well as occasional print materials such as flyers or packaging inserts. The role involves collaborating with marketing team members and our supporting agencies, developing concepts, and maintaining and evolving our brand across all channels. The Creative Designer will also help optimize visual content for different platforms, support product launches with marketing collateral, and contribute ideas to improve visual storytelling around kitchenware and cooking tools.
Qualifications
- Strong graphic design and motion design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Affinity or similar).
- Branding and marketing taste to help develop and grow a cohesive visual identity and support broader campaign objectives.
- Experience in social media marketing platforms to create platform-appropriate visuals that drive engagement and conversions.
- Excellent visual communication abilities, attention to detail, and an understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Beneficial qualifications include experience in e-commerce or retail, familiarity with kitchenware or consumer products, basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for digital asset implementation, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
