Job Title Creative Designer Location Egypt Experience Level 3-5 years Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Designer to lead the creative production efforts. The ideal candidate will translate our brand vision into compelling visual content across multiple channels, ensuring consistency and high-quality design in all outputs. Key Responsibilities: ● Oversee all creative projects and ensure alignment with the brand’s strategy and vision. Guide and mentor the creative team. ● Manage the production of creative assets for various channels including social media, digital advertising, print, packaging, and other marketing materials. ● Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop and implement creative strategies that drive brand engagement and growth. ● Maintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all platforms, ensuring coherence and quality in design practices. ● Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget. Monitor project timelines and analyze performance metrics. ● Stay updated with design trends, technology, and industry developments to inspire creativity and innovation within the team. ● Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to designs to meet brand goals and objectives. Qualifications: ● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. ● Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of creative work and design leadership. ● Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.) and familiarity with motion graphics and video editing is a plus. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts clearly. ● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
