Requirements Background we’re looking for A few years of hands-on experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance advertising (bonus points for startup or agency life). A proven track record of taking things from idea to first traction—whether that’s a product launch, a campaign, or a side project. Solid understanding of audience targeting, funnels, and customer journeys. A rare mix of creative flair and technical chops—you’re as comfortable cooking up a viral stunt as you are tweaking a database or running an A/B test. Demonstrated ability to drive measurable results with lean budgets. Experience leading or coaching a multidisciplinary team is a nice-to-have.
