We're looking for a highly creative and technically capable professional who can bridge the gap between design, video production, AI content creation, social media, and front-end web experiences.

Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Creative Multimedia Designer, AI Content Creator & Front-End Designer to lead the visual direction of our brands and client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You'll be responsible for designing high-performing social media content, producing engaging videos, generating AI-powered visual assets, creating modern website interfaces, and collaborating with developers to bring digital experiences to life.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, experience with AI creative tools, social media content production expertise, and a working understanding of front-end development. Experience with back-end systems and website development is a major plus.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Branding

• Create professional graphics, marketing materials, social media content, advertisements, and brand assets.
• Develop and maintain visual identities for internal brands and client projects.
• Design creative campaigns that align with marketing goals and audience engagement.

AI Content Creation

• Create AI-generated images, videos, animations, and creative assets using modern AI tools.
• Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, and other emerging AI platforms to accelerate content production.
• Experiment with new AI workflows and creative technologies to improve output quality and efficiency.

Video Production & Editing

• Edit short-form and long-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
• Add motion graphics, visual effects, captions, transitions, and storytelling elements that increase engagement.
• Transform raw footage into compelling social-first content.

UI/UX & Front-End Design

• Design website layouts, landing pages, user interfaces, and digital experiences.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and design systems.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are accurately implemented.
• Contribute to front-end development when needed.

Website & Digital Experience Support

• Work with WordPress and modern web platforms.
• Assist with website improvements, landing page design, and conversion optimization.
• Understand how design impacts user experience and business results.

Creative Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing, development, and content teams.
• Stay ahead of design, social media, AI, and digital marketing trends.
• Help shape the creative direction of client and internal projects.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, multimedia design, or creative content production.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, video editing, and digital content projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools).
• Experience creating content for social media platforms.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools and workflows.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and responsive web design.
• Experience with Figma or similar design platforms.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, or similar technologies.
• Experience working with WordPress.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, and back-end systems.
• Experience designing landing pages focused on lead generation and conversions.
• Motion graphics and animation experience.
