Key Responsibilities Strategy & Operating Model: Own the overarching methodology for evaluating content across all channels. Transition teams from ad-hoc analysis to structured, repeatable systems. Testing Infrastructure: Design and embed a robust experimentation ecosystem (e.g., A/B testing across .com and marketing channels). Ensure hypotheses are prioritized and translated into actionable creative directives. Insight Feedback Loops: Operationalize frameworks (monthly/quarterly) that transform raw performance data into clear creative direction, feeding directly back into production and campaign planning. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the central connector between Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech. Influence decision-making by highlighting opportunities in product experience and data strategy. Tooling & Innovation: Lead the evaluation and implementation of tools—such as AI-driven creative analysis platforms—to scale insights and improve workflow efficiency.
