Right now, FutureMedia is looking for a Creative Producer to make high volumes of static and video creatives for paid user acquisition, hands-on from concept to final asset, working closely with the UA team to hit performance targets.

Right now, FutureMedia is looking for a Creative Producer to make high volumes of static and video creatives for paid user acquisition, hands-on from concept to final asset, working closely with the UA team to hit performance targets.
Your impact
- Produce static and video creatives hands-on for paid UA across Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Reddit
- Build statics in Figma or Canva, and produce and edit video using Canva, CapCut, and AI video/image generators
- Use spy/competitor tools daily to research winning creatives, angles, and references
- Add, auto-generate, and localize captions and subtitles across languages and platforms
- Localize and adapt creatives for different platforms, resolutions, devices, and browsers using templates
- Iterate quickly on creatives based on performance data, in collaboration with the UA team
- Hit the weekly target for creatives produced and contribute to the creative win rate
- Use AI heavily to speed up production, including video generation, image generation, captions, and iteration
- You have proven hands-on creative production experience, both static and video, for paid UA
- You're strong with static tools such as Figma and/or Canva
- You're strong with video using Canva, CapCut, and AI video/image generators
- You have experience with spy/competitor tools
- You have experience with captions: adding, auto-generating, and localizing them
- You're comfortable with AI creative tools and fast iteration
- You understand what drives performance in web2web and subscription products
- Experience localizing and adapting creatives across multiple markets and platforms at scale
- Experience producing for a high-volume UA operation
- Experience with Jira or other ticket management tools
