We are looking for a Creative Producer to scale further our fast-growing (50 %+ MoM) VC-backed ($1.4M raised) startup - a web platform that helps freelancers find remote jobs more effectively with AI.

Key responsibilities:

Write comprehensive briefs for motion/graphic designers and content creators
Analyze the effectiveness of advertising creatives and propose enhancements based on findings
Adapt advertising creatives for different platforms and target audiences
Review and approve advertising creatives, providing edits and feedback as needed
Generate and test creative ideas with the design team
Prepare insight-rich reports with clear recommendations
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Follow industry trends and adjust strategy
Research and implement new tools and approaches to optimise the creative process and drive results

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in positions such as Creative Specialist, Digital Marketing Manager, or SMM with experience in targeted advertising
Proficiency in English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher
Strong analytical and creative skills demonstrated by past results
Experience analysing key metrics of marketing campaigns
Research skills and ability to write technical tasks for designers
Competitor research skills (creative/ad spy, funnel analysis)
Copywriting skills and experience working with international markets are advantageous
Result-oriented, hard-working with high ambitions
Highest level of ownership and autonomy - you identify and solve problems without guidance
Upper-Intermediate+ English

Will Be a Plus:

Experience in video and UGC content creation
Familiarity with web and app marketing
B2C / niche market experience
