And now, we’re on the hunt for a Midweight Creative to help lead the charge. The Role As a Midweight Creative, you’ll concept, create and activate original, social-first content that stops the scroll and sparks conversation. You’ll be equally comfortable dreaming up first-of-their-kind ideas, bringing them to life on camera, and driving meaningful engagement in the comment section. This is a pure social creative role, using insights born from social to form ideas that have proper platform consideration. You’ll sit within the Creative team, working closely with Community/Conceptual teams, Client Services, Strategy and Production. And you’ll report into one of the Creative Leads. Key Responsibilities Social-First Concepting & Creation Develop original, culturally relevant content ideas across always-on BAU and campaign work Concept and produce engaging content across TikTok, Instagram and Meta platforms Film, edit and publish social content with strong attention to platform nuances and best practices Confidently present creative concepts and decks to clients, telling a clear and compelling story Contribute creative thinking to new business pitches, including content pillars and always-on ideas On-Camera & Creator Presence Be a confident face on camera where needed Bring personality and authenticity to content output Identify opportunities for creator-led storytelling and influencer collaborations Cultural & Platform Expertise Stay ahead of trends, memes and cultural conversations React quickly and strategically with brand-safe messaging Maintain deep knowledge of platform updates and algorithm shifts Advise clients and internal teams on how platform changes may impact content strategies Planning & Optimisation Collaborate on content calendar planning to ensure consistent, high-quality output Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, guidelines and visual identity Identify what to stop, start and scale based on data insights Skills & Experience 1–3 years’ experience in a social media or content role (agency or in-house) Strong conceptual thinker with the ability to generate distinctive, original ideas Confident filming and editing content for social platforms Comfortable presenting work to clients Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram and Meta, including platform nuances and best practices Passion for online culture, trends and social vernacular Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Experience briefing or ideating influencer and creator content is a bonus What You’ll Get Creative freedom with real impact The opportunity to work with brands that want to push boundaries in social A culture that champions creativity, collaboration and genuinely great work Clear progression opportunities within Creative and Community pathways Competitive salary and benefits If you’re ready to make great social work that people actually talk about, let’s chat!
