Creative Strategist

At NativeMinds, we build B2C subscription-based products used by millions. We're looking for a Creative Strategist who will own the performance creative engine end-to-end and directly impact acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

This role is not about making ads look good. It is about making ads perform. You will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, creative strategy, AI-driven production and turn data into scalable winning creative systems.

What You'll Own;

• Own the end-to-end creative strategy across paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)
• Work closely with marketing and data teams to understand what is actually converting and why
• Turn performance data, including cohort behavior, and ad-level metrics, into actionable creative angles
• Identify winning hooks, narratives, and formats that drive CAC efficiency and scale
• Build structured and AI-powered creative testing frameworks
• Translate product value propositions into native, scroll-stopping social content
• Continuously scale winning concepts while managing creative fatigue and iteration cycles
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, scripting, and production workflows
• Build repeatable AI-native creative systems that increase speed, output, and quality at scale

What We're Looking For;

• Experience in performance creative, growth marketing, or paid social environments
• Strong understanding of subscription-based B2C products and performance funnels
• Ability to break down campaign performance data and turn it into clear, actionable creative direction
• Deep fluency in TikTok, Meta, Reels, and creator-led content ecosystems
• Actively integrating AI tools into daily workflows to accelerate ideation, scripting, and creative production
• Strong intuition for what makes users stop, watch, and convert
• Experience working closely with user acquisition, ad creators, and data teams to turn insights into action
• High ownership mindset with strong bias for action, speed, and accountability
