Creative Strategist

We're hiring a Creative Strategist to own our creative from first idea to final ad. You'll come up with the concepts, write the scripts, run the creators and editors, and use the data to make every week's ads better than the last.

This is a remote job.

What you’ll own:

• Everything from research, angles, hooks, and scripting to editing and final, launch-ready creatives.
• At least 10 creative batches per week, with opportunities to scale volume based on performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong creative strategy and direct-response marketing fundamentals
• An eye for winning hooks, angles, storytelling and ad performance.
• High-quality editing skills and fast execution
• Ability to take full ownership from research to delivery

Nice to Have:

• Experience with creative analytics platforms (Motion, Foreplay, Minea).
• Background in direct response or performance creative.
• You’ve built a creative learnings database or wiki before.
• Portfolio showcasing ads or content you’ve concepted that drove measurable results.
• Experience working with DTC (direct-to-consumer) brands in the beauty, wellness, or home space.
