Creative Strategist

Every winning marketing campaign starts with the right message. As a Creative Strategist at Taurify, you'll uncover what motivates homeowners to take action and transform those insights into high-performing ad concepts for painting contractors across North America. You'll research markets, identify customer pain points, develop compelling hooks, write persuasive ad copy, and collaborate with editors and media buyers to bring your ideas to life. If you're passionate about direct response marketing, understand customer psychology, and enjoy turning strategy into campaigns that generate real leads and revenue, you'll thrive in this role.

The Ideal candidate is someone with experience in direct response copywriting or creative strategy.

You understand marketing strategy and what makes people buy.

• Has experience writing:
• Ad hooks
• Ad scripts
• VSLs
• Landing pages
• Email campaigns
• High-performing ad copy
• Can perform markey research
• Builds customer avatars and personas
• Has a strong creative eye
• Cna recognize what makes content perform
• Can provide direction to editors
• Is comfortable presenting creative ideas to clients
• Can defend creative decisions
• Is coachable
• Wants to learn internal creative frameworks
• Focuses on business results not just creativity
• Enjoys remote or work with occasional trade show travel

Applicants need:

• Reliable internet
• Modern Mac or Windows computer

• 5 days/week
• 8 hours/day
• 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
• Fluent English (Spanish is a plus)
  

Compensation

Junior Creative Strategist

Paid Per Account

$100-$250 USD/month per client

(depending on account size and deliverables)

Senior Creative Strategist

• Base salary:
• $2,500-$4,500 USD/month
• Bonus opportunities available
  

The larger your client portfolio and the longer clients stay, the more you earn.
