Creative Strategist — Performance Ads & AI Production

Rehm Copy is hiring a remote Creative Strategist based in South Africa to develop and produce AI video and static ads for 8–10 ecommerce brands. You bring strong creative strategy and direct-response thinking; we train you on our in-house AI production system.

COMPENSATION

USD $3,000–$4,000 per month, based on relevant experience and demonstrated skills (USD $36,000–$48,000 annually).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research brands, customers, offers, and existing ads.

• Develop hooks, angles, scripts, and visual concepts for paid social.

• Produce AI video and static ads through our established workflows.

• Check brand and product accuracy, messaging, and creative quality.

• Use performance data and feedback to plan the next round of tests.

• Organize your workload and meet deadlines across 8–10 brands.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Ecommerce creative strategy and direct-response experience.

• A portfolio of relevant ads and a clear explanation of your contribution.

• Ability to explain why a concept should work and what you would test next.

• Strong written English, attention to detail, and reliable communication.

• Willingness to learn AI production tools and follow established processes. Prior AI ad experience is helpful; training on our system is provided.
