About the Role This is your way into the world of creative strategy and performance content. As a Creative Strategy Intern, you’ll work alongside creative strategists, designers, editors, and performance marketers to create content that actually performs – not just looks good. You’ll get hands-on experience with Meta ads, UGC concepts, hooks, scripts, trend research, AI tools, and content planning for fast-growing DTC brands. You won’t just observe. You’ll contribute from day one. What You’ll Do Develop ideas and concepts for Meta and TikTok Assist with scripts, hooks, storyboards, and creative briefs Research trends, competitors, creators, and winning ad concepts Work with designers, editors, and performance marketers to bring ideas to life Support creative strategy across projects and clients Learn how performance data informs better creative Who You Are A student or recent graduate with 0–1 years of experience Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken (Swedish fluency is required) Obsessed with content, trends, TikTok, and internet culture Curious about marketing, storytelling, copywriting, and performance Structured, fast-moving, and comfortable figuring things out Naturally take initiative instead of waiting for the next task Familiar with TikTok, Meta, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools – a plus, not a requirement Based in Stockholm The Team Fit Matters Skills can be learned.
