WE'RE HIRING – CREATIVE STRATEGIST (NL)

Can you turn a brief into creative content ideas that people actually want to watch, share and follow?

At Socialsky, we're looking for a Creative Strategist with a passion for social media, strong creative vision and the drive to lead projects from A to Z!

Your responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and social-first campaigns for ambitious brands.
• Turn brand strategies into original content formats for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Lead brainstorming sessions and present and defend creative ideas to clients.
• Write scripts and creative briefs, and guide production teams.
• Work closely with our Community Managers, Digital Account Managers and Performance Managers.
• Analyse content performance and identify new creative opportunities.

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in creative concept development, ideally in an agency.
• Excellent understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
• Strong creative judgment and the ability to develop and defend original concepts.
• Independent, proactive, creative and a great communicator.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English.
