About us

ClaimMVA is a performance media buying company that generates motor vehicle accident (MVA) leads for law firms. We run campaigns mainly on Meta, plus Google, to connect people injured in car accidents with attorneys who can help them. We're building an in-house creative team that makes content people stop scrolling for and that produces high-quality leads that turn into signed cases.

The role

We're looking for a Creative Strategist to connect our media buying data with our creative team. You'll decide what we make, why we're making it, and how our ads and organic content support each other.

You'll work with our media buyers, video editors, and content creators. You'll turn ad performance into creative briefs, storyboards, and testing plans, and you'll make sure every piece of content has a clear purpose: reaching accident victims at the right moment, earning their trust, and getting them to take action.

If you can look at an ad account and explain why an ad won, and why it brought in better leads, this role is for you.

What you'll do
  • Analyze creative performance. Review Meta and Google ad results every week with our media buyers. Look beyond clicks and track hook rate, CTR, cost per lead, lead quality, and cost per signed case. Find out what's working and why.
  • Write creative briefs and storyboards. Turn insights into clear briefs covering audience, angle, hooks, format, messaging, and CTA, with shot-by-shot storyboards for our creators and editors.
  • Connect organic and paid. Decide which organic posts get ad spend. Turn winning ad angles into organic content. Work with media buyers to build retargeting audiences from organic engagement.
  • Build trust-driven organic content. Plan educational and helpful organic content, such as what to do after an accident, common insurance mistakes, and real client stories, that builds credibility and warms up audiences for our ads.
  • Own the testing roadmap. Plan what we test each week (hooks, angles, formats, offers, and lead form variations) and keep a running record of what we learn.
  • Generate hooks and angles. Develop hooks and angles that connect with accident victims while staying empathetic, credible, and compliant.
  • Stay compliant. Work with our team to make sure creative follows Meta and Google ad policies and attorney advertising rules.
  • Research competitors and trends. Monitor the Meta Ad Library, competing PI firms and lead gen companies, and platform trends to keep our creative ahead.
  • Run the weekly creative meeting. Lead a virtual weekly meeting with media buying, social, and production to review results and set the next week's priorities.

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in a creative strategy, performance creative, or growth role at a performance agency, lead gen company, or DTC brand
  • Hands-on experience with Meta ads. You don't need to build campaigns, but you need to read Ads Manager and understand what the numbers mean.
  • Experience with lead generation campaigns, including the difference between cheap leads and good leads
  • A strong grasp of direct-response fundamentals: hooks, angles, offers, objections, and funnel stages
  • Fluency in short-form video, including what makes Reels, Stories, and UGC-style content perform
  • The ability to write for sensitive situations: empathetic and urgent without being misleading or exploitative
  • Clear, concise writing, since your briefs are the team's blueprint
  • Organized and self-directed, comfortable managing a weekly production cycle across a remote team
  • Experience with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, ect.
