Creator Activation Specialist Summary of role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and fast paced Creator Activation Specialist to join our team. In this role, your main objective is speed to activation taking creators from initial sign up to their very first live ad post on the exact same day. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming creator applications, matching approved creators with the right brand coupons, and relentlessly enforcing our 24-hour go-live rule. This is a execution-focused, high-volume operational seat for someone who loves managing pipelines, maintaining clean CRM data, and driving fast results. Responsibilities: Vetting & Screening: Review incoming daily creator sign-ups in HubSpot; approve or reject profiles based on strict brand suitability criteria (content quality, niche fit, authentic audience). Proactive Matching & Coupon Assignment: Assign available brand coupons to approved creators, prioritizing brands that do not require client-side approval to keep the pipeline moving. Creator Communication: Reach out to creators via WhatsApp (using Front) in clear, professional written Arabic and English to guide them through coupon assignment and posting. Pipeline Enforcement (24-Hour Rule): Rigorously track and follow up on assigned coupons. Collect proof of posting (story screen recordings or post links) and swiftly reassign/recycle coupons if a creator fails to post within 24 hours. CRM & Data Hygiene: Keep HubSpot deal stages and internal tracking sheets 100% accurate and updated at all times (logging status, assigned coupons, and contact ownership). Target Achievement: Hit monthly per-brand activation targets (e.g., 90+ new coupon assignments per brand per month). Qualifications: Experience: 1–2 years of experience in high-volume operations, influencer/creator onboarding, or customer activation/support. Language Skills: Fluent written Arabic and English are strictly required for daily creator outreach via WhatsApp and internal tools. Traits: Proactive & Accountable: You don't just "do the task"—you own the outcome until the creator goes live. Action-Oriented & Firm: Comfortable enforcing strict deadlines and revoking/reassigning coupons when rules aren't met. Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and high attention to CRM accuracy. Tech-Savvy: Experience or comfort using CRM tools (HubSpot), multi-channel communication tools (Front), and shared spreadsheets. Working Hours & Logistics Daily Commitment: 5 hours per day, 5 days a week. Preferred Shift: Morning hours (Cairo time) preferred to ensure quick response times for fresh daily sign-ups.
