General Summary
Supports creator marketing and content initiatives by helping research and organize creator partnerships, product seeding, campaign deliverables, and content distribution. This role works closely with the Director of Growth Marketing and internal partners to keep day-to-day creator and content activities organized, accurate, and on schedule.
Essential Job Functions
- Research potential creators and UGC partners across relevant social platforms and communities, and organize findings for review by the Director of Growth Marketing.
- Maintain creator research, outreach, and campaign trackers, including contact information, vetting notes, response status, deliverables, deadlines, and next steps.
- Support creator outreach and follow-ups regarding product gifting, seeding, campaign details, and deliverables using approved messaging and guidelines; escalate questions involving fees, usage rights, or agreements.
- Coordinate product seeding by confirming selected products, sizes, and shipping information; submit fulfillment requests, track shipments, and follow up on delivery confirmations.
- Support creator campaign schedules by preparing briefs from approved concepts, tracking draft, review, posting, and asset-delivery dates, and flagging delays or missing information promptly.
- Review creator drafts against provided brand and disclosure guidelines and route content to the appropriate internal partner when Trademark or Legal review is needed.
- Assist with contracts, vendor setup, invoices, creator materials, and approval routing by organizing requested information and tracking status through the required internal review process.
- Support creator activity for TikTok Shop and LTK, including sample requests, creator or affiliate submissions, product link and tag checks, and maintenance of channel trackers.
- Collect final creator assets and maintain organized records of approvals, usage permissions, paid partnership permissions, and applicable expiration dates.
- Support Meta partnership ad and dark ad processes by organizing creator assets and usage information for the paid social team.
- Assist with agreed creator program reporting by collecting basic campaign and content information, such as seeding-to-post activity, usable asset counts, and available performance data for Director review.
- When prioritized, support organic social, blog, and Pinterest execution by adapting approved copy, scheduling content, coordinating creative, checking links and tags, and keeping channel trackers current.
- Performs other related duties as needed as directed by the Director of Growth Marketing.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Knowledge of social media platforms, creator content, and basic digital marketing concepts.
- Skill in researching and organizing creator information, content, and campaign details.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups with accuracy.
- Skill in clear, professional written and verbal communication with creators, coworkers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
- Skill in using spreadsheets, project trackers, social media tools, and other digital platforms; ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Ability to identify and flag missing information, timeline concerns, or content issues and escalate them appropriately.
- Ability to follow brand, disclosure, and internal review guidelines and instructions.
- Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate records of shipments, deliverables, approvals, and content assets.
- Ability to work independently on assigned tasks while collaborating effectively with the Growth Marketing team and internal partners.
Required Education and Experience
- Degree in marketing, communications, business, social media, or a related field preferred; Or currently obtaining degree
- 1+ years of relevant experience in creator marketing, influencer coordination, social media, content, ecommerce, or a related area. Relevant coursework, freelance work, personal projects, or hands-on social content experience may be considered.
- Familiarity with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram/Meta, LTK, TikTok Shop, Pinterest, or creator management tools is helpful but not required.
This is currently a part-time, temporary role. It is not eligible for benefits outside of sick time.

Seeing: Must be able to see well enough to read reports.
Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with customers, vendors and employees.
Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop or kneel to pick up products.
Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
Fingering/Grasping/Feeling: Must be able to type and use technical sources.
