Creator Growth Lead

AND is a creative and performance agency in New York. We make paid social for consumer brands in wellness, beauty and fitness, and we run their creator programs end to end.

The role

You run our creator network. You source, sign, brief and pay creators across our brands, grow our Discord community, and run TikTok Shop affiliate programs. You own creator strategy with our clients.

What you'll do

• Run TikTok Shop affiliate programs end to end: recruiting, sampling, commission structures, GMV growth
• Build and run our creator Discord: onboarding, briefs, submissions, leaderboards, payouts
• Source and sign creators on and off platform: Trybe, TikTok Creator Marketplace and direct
• Brief creators with hooks and talking points based on what is working in the ad account
• Own creator strategy with 4 to 5 clients a week: budgets, casting, volume
• Manage partner agencies and creator shops on commission
• Track output, approval rates and spend by creator, and report weekly

Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer or creator marketing, end to end
• Has run a TikTok Shop affiliate program
• Has built or run a creator community on Discord
• Fluent in performance numbers: spend, CPA, GMV, ROAS
• Uses AI tools every day to brief, research and report
• Overlap with US Eastern hours for client calls

Compensation and location

$3,000 to $4,000 USD per month to start, depending on experience. Fully remote, open worldwide.
