About the Role We're seeking an experienced Creator Manager with expertise in the NIL and college athlete landscape. This individual will manage a roster of collegiate athletes, helping them build personal brands, maximize endorsement opportunities, navigate partnerships, and establish long-term careers that extend beyond college athletics. The ideal candidate understands the rapidly evolving NIL ecosystem and has relationships across brands, agencies, universities, and athlete representatives. Core Responsibilities Manage and grow a roster of NIL athletes and emerging sports creators. Source, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships. Educate athletes on brand building, social media strategy, reputation management, and long-term career planning. Collaborate with Business Affairs to ensure compliance with NIL regulations and contractual requirements. Consistently achieve individual revenue goals, and roster growth targets. Develop relationships with universities, agencies, and sports organizations. Stay informed on evolving NIL legislation and industry best practices. Experience Required 2+ years in creator management, sports marketing, athlete representation, or NIL. Strong understanding of the NIL ecosystem and college athletics. Proven success negotiating sponsorship and endorsement partnerships. Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills. Nice to Have Existing network within collegiate athletics or professional sports. Experience representing athletes or sports personalities. Knowledge of NCAA regulations and NIL compliance.
