Creator Operations Manager (Global)

CREATOARS is a fast-growing creator management agency representing creators across multiple markets and platforms. As we continue expanding internationally, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Creator Project Manager (Global) to help build structure, improve operations, and support the scaling of our creator business worldwide. This role is focused on making sure projects, campaigns, and internal workflows run efficiently. You will work closely with CREATOARS managers, creators, internal teams, and external partners to coordinate priorities, improve processes, and help deliver successful creator campaigns globally. If you enjoy building systems, managing complex projects, and working in a fast-moving environment, this role offers the opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of CREATOARS. What You'll Do Coordinate projects across CREATOARS markets, teams, and international operations. Work closely with creator managers, partnership managers, and operational teams. Support campaign planning, timelines, deliverables, and execution workflows. Maintain project trackers, documentation, deadlines, and internal updates. Coordinate communication between international teams and ensure alignment. Support creator onboarding, campaign preparation, and operational processes. Follow up on priorities, action items, and project milestones. Improve internal systems, processes, and team workflows. Support reporting, documentation, and operational organization. Contribute to scaling CREATOARS operations across global markets. What We're Looking For Experience in project management, operations, creator management, account coordination, marketing, digital media, or a similar role. Fluent German, English, and Spanish required. Mandarin is a strong advantage. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to coordinate projects across multiple countries and time zones. Clear communication skills with strong follow-through and problem-solving ability. A proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership. Interest in creators, digital communities, and the creator economy. Based in Europe. Nice to Have Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies, or digital campaigns. Experience in international creative, media, or technology environments.
