Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess applications.
- Verify customer information and supporting documentation.
- Identify potential credit risks and red flags.
- Monitor existing customer accounts and repayment performance.
- Flag overdue or deteriorating accounts for further action.
- Work closely with Operations and Recovery teams to support decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret financial information and bank statements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital skills and other basic office tools.
- Ability to work and handle confidential customer information.
