In this role, you'll help shape the future of tissue and hygiene for billions of people worldwide.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the centre. You will be driving cash flow, minimize credit risk, and supporting business growth through effective Accounts Receivable management, credit governance, and customer partnerships. You will also act as a trusted business partner to Sales and customers, balancing commercial objectives with sound risk management.

Job responsibilities include:

  • Own the end-to-end Accounts Receivable portfolio, driving timely collections, reducing overdue balances, and achieving DSO and cash collection targets.
  • Perform proactive collection activities, customer engagement, and escalation management to maximize cash recovery and improve working capital.
  • Analyze customer aging, reconcile outstanding balances, identify root causes of disputes, and drive swift resolution with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Assess creditworthiness of new and existing customers, recommend appropriate credit limits, and implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead periodic credit reviews with Sales teams to ensure exposure remains aligned with business objectives and company credit policies.
  • Manage order releases by balancing customer service requirements with financial and credit risk considerations.
  • Monitor delinquent accounts, develop recovery plans, and influence stakeholders to drive accountability and collection outcomes.
  • Generate insightful AR, collection, and credit risk reports to support management decision-making.
  • Manage intercompany billing activities and ensure timely settlement of receivables.
  • Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with policies, controls, and governance standards.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and customers to resolve issues, improve customer experience, and safeguard company assets.
  • Deliver credit policy training and risk awareness sessions to commercial teams.
  • Execute month-end closing activities, including doubtful debt provisions, accruals, and accounting journals.
  • Support business initiatives, projects, and management reporting requirements as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Value Creation

  • Champion continuous improvement through Lean methodologies, automation, standardization, and process optimization.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, strengthen controls, and enhance service delivery.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to drive operational excellence, working capital improvements, and value creation.
  • Contribute to transformation initiatives and cross-functional projects that enhance end-to-end Order-to-Cash performance.

Skills, Competencies & Attributes

  • Strong financial acumen with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities to assess credit risk and improve cash flow performance.
  • Proactive, resilient, and results-driven, demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing capabilities across customers, Sales, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to balance customer experience, commercial objectives, and risk management.
  • Continuous Improvement mindset focused on process optimization, operational excellence, automation, and value creation.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Order-to-Cash functions.
