Role Overview
OSL is hiring a detail-oriented, execution-driven KYC Onboarding Analyst (Case Maker) to handle end-to-end customer due diligence for our global digital asset platform. Working on a rostered schedule, you will process incoming individual account applications, verify credentials through modern digital compliance tools, and safeguard the platform against AML/CTF risks.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End KYC Execution: Review and verify onboarding files for individual clients, analyzing proof of identity, beneficial ownership, address validation, and source of funds.
- Screening & Risk Analysis: Perform sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening via compliance systems; investigate potential matches and clear false positives with documented rationales.
- Digital Identity Verification: Conduct cutting-edge, paperless due diligence, including video identification checks, biometric validation, and e-signature authentications.
- Backlog & Queue Management: Maintain a high daily output of completed files while adhering strictly to compliance quality baselines and turnaround SLAs.
- Active Communication: Proactively liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Compliance, and Onboarding Leads) via Lark to resolve missing documentation, unblock pending accounts, and clarify ambiguous files.
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of direct KYC / CDD analysis experience within a high-volume, fast-turnaround environment.
- Experience in Digital Assets, Payments, E-wallets, or Brokerage/Fintech is strongly preferred. Fast, adaptive execution is critical.
- Professional working proficiency in Mandarin (reading, writing, and speaking) and English to handle Chinese-language individual documentation.
- Hands-on experience with modern screening tools, digital onboarding platforms, and mobile communication platforms.
- Highly reliable, organized, and comfortable operating in an agile shift environment with high responsiveness during active roster hours.
Working Arrangements
- Shift Model: 5 days per week on a rostered basis. Primary shift is 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM, with occasional rostered morning / overnight-shift coverage required based on platform operational demands.
- Location: Hybrid setup — Wednesday and Friday on-site; remaining rostered days remote (WFH). High availability and check-in cadence on Lark is expected during scheduled shifts.
About OSL
- OSL is the first SFC-licensed digital asset platform in Hong Kong and a PayFi innovator. Through stablecoin payments, cross-border settlement and global licensing, we are building the next-generation payments network. Stablecoins have become everyday money across emerging markets and are widely viewed as blockchain’s “killer app,” with industry focus shifting from token issuance to real-world consumer and enterprise payment adoption. The strongest growth lies in cross-border B2B payments, where providers embedding stablecoins into corporate settlement flows can capture significant volume and float. Long-term defensibility comes from regulatory licences, banking partners and cross-border corridors.
- OSL holds or has acquired licences in Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Bermuda and Indonesia, and is expanding into Europe, Brazil, Southeast Asia and Africa through acquisitions and licence applications. With OSL Pay and StableX, we embed stablecoin settlement into bank accounts and card networks, support 150+ digital assets, and provide 24/7 fiat–stablecoin conversion. As a regulated pioneer with a startup mindset, we believe the future of payments will be driven by real adoption and scalable deployment, not technology narratives. We welcome builders who are passionate about crypto and payments to join us in shaping compliant, global payment infrastructure.
