About the role

This brand offers customers financing for water filtration systems. Financing applications are processed with the help of an AI agent. This role is the human backup during evenings and weekends: you catch anything the AI agent can't handle, fix issues, and keep applications moving so no customer or sales rep is left waiting. The role handles highly confidential customer financial information and requires exceptional discretion.

What you'll do

Monitor incoming financing applications and the AI agent's activity during your shift.
Step in when the AI agent fails, gets stuck, or flags an application for human review.
Check that applications are complete and accurate before submission, and request missing documents from customers or reps.
Track application status with our lending partners and update the CRM.
Answer sales reps and customers about application status in a clear, professional manner.
Escalate unusual situations, possible fraud, and anything outside standard procedure to management.
Log every issue with the AI agent so we can improve it.
Leave a written shift handoff summary for the daytime team.

Skills

- 2+ years in consumer lending, credit processing, loan operations, or financial services support.
- Experience handling sensitive personal and financial data (SSNs, income, and banking information) under strict confidentiality.
- Understanding of consumer privacy rules; familiarity with FCRA and GLBA is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and good judgment about when to escalate.
- Comfortable working alongside AI tools and CRM systems.
- Reliably available for evenings and weekends in Pacific time.
- Willing to sign a confidentiality agreement and complete a background check.
