Job Description

  • Role Purpose: Perform portfolio credit risk analytics across the account lifecycle — acquisitions, account management, and collections — for the US card portfolio.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Analyze portfolio performance: approval rates, line assignment, utilization, delinquency, roll rates, and charge-offs
    • Support development, monitoring, and validation of credit risk scorecards and underwriting criteria
    • Conduct segmentation, champion/challenger, and policy impact analyses
    • Apply ML/AI techniques to enhance risk models and analytical insights

  • Role-Specific Skills
    • Strong Python (scikit-learn, statistical modeling) and SQL
    • Understanding of US credit bureau attributes (FICO, Vantage, tradeline data) and card underwriting
    • Experience with credit risk modeling techniques (logistic regression, gradient boosting) preferred

Requirements

  • US Credit Card Experience: Hands-on experience supporting US credit card portfolios (issuing side) — e.g., US bank, card issuer, fintech, or captive/GCC supporting a US card business
  • Python / SQL: Strong proficiency in Python and/or SQL for data extraction, analysis, and automation
  • AI / AI Agent Experience (3+ years): More than 3 years of experience working with AI — building or working with AI agents, LLM-based solutions, machine learning models, or AI-driven analytics in a professional setting
  • Excel: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and building management-ready reports and dashboards
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication; ability to work with US-based stakeholders and overlap with US business hours as needed
