Credit/Market Risk Analyst (Technical)

We are currently looking for a Risk Business Analyst with SQL and Python skills to join our growing team. We are able to offer fully remote position anywhere in Poland. Responsibilities While the scope of each project may be different, your duties & responsibilities may include: Collect and translate business requirements for market risk management into detailed functional and technical specifications Designing solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders and development teams Analyze market risk datasets to detect and address data quality issues, discrepancies, and anomalies in production data. Utilize SQL and Python to investigate and resolve data quality issues from various sources. Assist in tracking and removing impediments to enhance team performance and foster continuous improvement. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. Qualifications Strong educational background – Degree (Masters would be an advantage) 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role within financial industry Advanced SQL and Python skills required Market/Credit Risk background Excellent data analysis skills Product knowledge (banking and securities) Experience in OTC Derivatives Demonstrated independence, teamwork and leadership skills Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority Strong interpersonal skills, with good relationship building and engagement skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint We are committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer and want to build a diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace.
