Show job description

We are a growing SaaS company, composed of a dedicated team of 150 professionals, focused on delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions. Through our unified SOC platform (XDR and Cyber Threat Intelligence), we provide security teams with real-time detection and automated response capabilities. Backed by top-tier European investors and powered by a team of 150+ professionals across Europe, we are scaling our go-to-market engine to accelerate our international expansion.

As a GTM Systems Engineer, you will be instrumental in optimizing our sales and revenue processes. You will collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and technology teams to ensure effective revenue management and operational excellence, contributing to the company’s growth objectives. You will bridge the gap between commercial strategy and technical execution, transforming HubSpot and our connected GTM stack into a reliable, automated growth machine.

Your missions:

  • HubSpot Architecture & Administration: Serve as the primary architect of HubSpot. Design scalable data models, custom objects, lifecycle stages, and pipeline automation to ensure clean tracking from MQL to renewal.

  • GTM Stack Integration & Tool Ownership: Own our end-to-end commercial tech stack (prospecting, enrichment, contract signing, and partner portals).

  • Agentic Workflows & AI Enablement: Identify manual friction points across the revenue lifecycle. Design, test, and deploy generative AI agents and autonomous workflows - leveraging platforms like Dust or native LLM integrations - for automated ICP qualification, intelligent account research, hyper-personalized outreach, and synthetic SDR support.

  • Analytics & Attribution: Partner with RevOps leadership to build high-integrity dashboards and reports.

  • Enablement & Governance: Maintain clear systems documentation, monitor data hygiene/deduplication, and lead onboarding sessions to ensure high user adoption across sales and account management teams.

📍 The position can be based in Paris, Rennes or fully remote from Europe. Professional trips paid for by the company might be required.

Your profile:

🤩 We are excited to meet you if :

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, CRM Admin or a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.

  • HubSpot Mastery: In-depth technical knowledge of HubSpot (Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs) or Salesforce, including custom properties, custom objects, association labels, workflow logic, and reporting

  • AI & Automation Fluency: Hands-on experience building multi-step automations and AI pipelines using platforms like Make, n8n, Zapier, or Workato, alongside practical familiarity with LLM orchestration tools (e.g., Dust, OpenAI APIs, Claude, or custom GPT agents).

  • Analytical Fluency: Comfort working with commercial metrics and transforming raw CRM data into clean, operational dashboards.

  • Cross-Functional Communication: Ability to translate non-technical business requests into structured technical specifications.

  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. French is a strong plus.
