About the Role

Build reliable CRM processes, clean legacy data and create reporting that helps teams make decisions. This role combines hands-on CRM administration with workflow automation and practical analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure and manage modern CRM systems.

• Design automated workflows using native CRM tools, Zapier, Make or APIs.

• Clean legacy CRM records and improve database consistency.

• Build clear automated dashboards for decision-makers.

• Document processes and communicate changes to users.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on experience with a modern CRM.

• Practical experience building CRM workflows and integrations.

• Strong data cleanup and reporting skills.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Availability for overlap with U.S. Central business hours.

Nice to Have

• Direct Attio experience; HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce experience with the ability to learn Attio is also relevant.
