CRM Data Assistant

Tech Pipeline helps operations teams fix the broken middle of their business processes by focusing on technical reality rather than abstract slide decks. We are currently assisting an Abu Dhabi investment firm as it expands its operations, ensuring their internal data systems can handle increased volume without falling apart. This entry level position is fully remote and centers on maintaining the integrity of the data that drives the business forward.

About the role
The CRM Data Assistant is a role focused on the ground truth of how information moves through our client systems. When an organization like an Abu Dhabi investment firm scales quickly, the CRM often becomes a source of friction, filled with duplicate records and broken routing rules. You will work to untangle these messes, ensuring that the CRM remains a reliable source of truth for the entire team. This is a practical, hands-on role where you will trace data errors to their source and fix them. Because this position is fully remote, you will spend your time digging into the system logs and reconciling records to ensure everything is flowing exactly where it should.

What you will be doing

• Reading system logs to identify why specific investor records failed to sync between platforms.
• Auditing entries in the CRM to remove duplicates and fix formatting errors in contact information.
• Updating standard operating procedures to reflect changes in how we route incoming data.
• Checking daily reconciliations to ensure that the numbers in the CRM match the latest finance reports.
• Testing new routing rules to make sure inquiries are sent to the correct internal teams without delay.
• Communicating with the technical team via written updates to report on the status of data cleanup tasks.
• Assisting with the cleanup and migration of legacy data into the primary CRM platform.
• Monitoring the data pipeline to catch and flag errors before they impact the client operations.

What we need from you

• Basic familiarity with spreadsheets and a logical approach to organizing information.
• High attention to detail when reviewing long lists of technical records and entries.
• Clear writing skills for documenting system changes and reporting bugs to the team.
