That's exactly what we're looking for. Legend is hiring a CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our Gaming team in Bratislava.

You'll build and launch campaigns, experiment with new ideas and use real performance data to understand what works and what to try next. You'll get hands-on with Optimove while building your skills across automation, segmentation, personalisation and lifecycle CRM. And because we're still growing our CRM capability, you won't be stepping into a world where everything has already been figured out. You'll have space to test, improve how we work and see your ideas go live quickly.

You'll be joining a global Gaming business with ambitious growth plans and plenty of customer behaviour to get curious about.

Working in a small CRM team, you'll have the chance to make a visible impact on user experience and business performance across multiple brands, international audiences and significant user volumes.

If you know how to build great email campaigns in a B2C environment and want to take your CRM career further, we'd like to meet you. In this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.

Build, QA and launch high-quality email and CRM campaigns, delivering consistently and at pace.

Run A/B tests across messaging, creative, audiences and other campaign elements, using the results to continuously improve performance.

Use campaign data and customer insights to understand what's working, identify opportunities and apply learnings to future campaigns.

Support the development of automated customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention and reactivation.

Work with customer segments to deliver increasingly relevant and personalised CRM experiences.

Brief high-quality creative assets, partnering with Design and other teams to bring campaigns to life.

Track and report on campaign performance, translating results into clear recommendations and next steps.

Hands-on experience in CRM, email marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing automation or a similar role within a B2C environment.

Fluent/professional working level in Slovakian and English

Experience building and launching email or CRM campaigns yourself, with strong attention to detail and a clear understanding of campaign QA.

Experience using a CRM or marketing automation platform such as Optimove, Bloomreach/Exponea, Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Xtremepush, Smartico or similar.

A testing mindset. You're comfortable developing hypotheses, running A/B tests and using the results to improve future campaigns.

Confidence working with campaign data, analytics platforms and spreadsheets, with the ability to interpret performance and turn insights into action.

An understanding of the key ingredients of effective email creative and the ability to brief copy and creative requirements clearly.
