Working with us
Cognita is a global family of 86 schools across 21 countries, with more than 100,000 students, 22,000 colleagues, 14 curricula and 9 languages of instruction. Our strength lies in our diversity. There is no single model of a Cognita school because education is inherently local. When families choose a school, they are making a deeply personal and community-based decision, and our schools reflect this.
What unites us is a shared ambition to deliver consistently high-quality education, alongside an exceptional experience for students and parents. We define this clearly through group-wide standards that articulate what “great” looks like, while allowing schools the freedom to express their local identity.
We have recently launched a new vision and strategic plan. It is ambitious and sets a clear direction for the years ahead.
Job Overview
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position. Help our people become confident HubSpot users.
Cognita is a
global community of schools committed to making a lasting difference in
education. We believe great schools are built by great people, and as HubSpot
rolls out across our clusters, we need someone who can build the skills and
confidence our people need to use it well.
As our CRM
Enablement Manager, you’ll own how schools and clusters learn to use HubSpot,
from first onboarding through to proficiency. You’ll build the learning
pathways, the searchable resource library and the certification framework, and
you’ll scale it through a train-the-trainer model rather than one-to-one
delivery. The result is a self-service training resource people trust, and a
growing community of certified HubSpot champions.
What you’ll
do
• Own the training and enablement strategy for
HubSpot across the full user lifecycle, from onboarding through to
business as usual
• Design and maintain a centralised, searchable
repository of training and support materials, forming the foundation of a
future self-service support portal
• Define learning pathways for each user group
(Sales, Parent Experience, School Leadership, Regional and Cluster Leads),
matched to what each group needs to do in HubSpot
• Own an internal certification framework for Sales
and Parent Experience users, tied to pathway completion, to surface
proficiency and identify HubSpot champions
• Partner with the CRM Optimisation Manager to link
certification to HubSpot permission levels, so functionality unlocks on
demonstrated proficiency
• Curate external training and certification
resources, such as HubSpot Academy, to complement internal pathways
• Run train-the-trainer programmes for Regional and
School Leads, coaching and quality-checking their local delivery
• Keep training materials up to date with product and
process change, working with the Business Analyst, CRM Optimisation
Manager and Change Management Lead
• Feed recurring training gaps back to the team, so
repeated questions that point to a process or product issue are surfaced
as a change need rather than a training one
• Own business-as-usual training, including
refreshers, new-starter onboarding and new-feature training, as more
schools onboard
You’ll work
closely with the CRM Optimisation Manager, the Change Management Lead, the
Business Analyst, the CRM Data Manager, the HubSpot Global Rollout Programme
Manager, Regional and Cluster Leads, school leadership, and external partners
such as HubSpot Academy.
What you’ll
bring
Essential
• Experience designing and delivering training
programmes across multiple sites, regions or time zones
• Experience building learning pathways or
certification frameworks tied to role-based proficiency
• Experience running a train-the-trainer model,
enabling local leads to deliver training rather than training every end
user directly
• Strong instructional design skills, with the
ability to turn complex product and process knowledge into clear,
structured learning for non-technical audiences
• Confidence designing and facilitating both
in-person and virtual training
• The ability to design learning pathways and
certification frameworks tailored to different user groups and proficiency
levels
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional
experience
Desirable
• Experience building or managing a self-service
knowledge base or learning management system (LMS)
• Familiarity with HubSpot or an equivalent CRM
platform’s functionality and permissioning model
• A Learning & Development or instructional
design certification (e.g. CIPD, ATD)
• HubSpot Academy certification(s) or equivalent CRM
platform certification
• Experience in K-12, independent or international
education, or another multi-site consumer/service sector
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-market CRM
or system rollouts
