Apply We usually respond within a week Job Title: CRM Executive - DE Location: Onsite – Birkirkara, Malta (4 days per week in office) Reporting to: CRM Manager Your Mission Set up and execute CRM campaigns across all available channels, in line with the campaign plan agreed upon with the lead and the team. Build personalized player lifecycles, including onboarding flows, reactivation campaigns, loyalty triggers, and VIP journeys. Use data-driven insights to create segmented audiences for tailored, relevant communication. Monitor campaign performance, analyze key KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention), and bring actionable insights back to the team to drive continuous improvement. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and VIP teams to ensure CRM strategies are aligned with overall business goals. What You Bring Hands-on experience with Fast Track CRM or similar automation tools. Strong knowledge of player lifecycle management, covering onboarding, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention. A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results and present findings clearly to the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
