PSP Specialist

We are looking for a motivated PSP Specialist (Payment Service Provider) to join our Payments team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth payment operations, optimizing transaction performance, and supporting payment integrations across multiple brands and markets. Key Responsibilities Monitor payment system performance and resolve issues affecting transaction flow and customer experience Analyze and improve payment acceptance rates, reducing declines and processing errors Test and perform QA for newly integrated payment methods and review existing integrations Investigate, escalate, and follow up on payment-related issues with internal teams and external providers Liaise with payment providers, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve incidents Gather feedback from Customer Support, Payments, and Risk teams to drive system improvements Support KYC and due diligence processes for payment providers Assist in launching new brands and markets, including payment method testing Maintain relationships with payment providers and monitor performance metrics Provide out-of-hours support when required (including weekends and public holidays) Requirements 2–3 years of experience working with payment systems (e.g. PaymentIQ or similar platforms) Experience in payment integrations within the iGaming industry Strong understanding of payment gateway APIs and transaction flows Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills for cross-functional and external collaboration Proactive mindset and adaptability to fast-changing environments Fluent in English (written and spoken) What We Offer Remote work arrangement for applicants outside of Malta, and hybrid for local candidates. €500 annual wellness allowance to support your physical, mental, and overall wellbeing A one-time €500 home office setup allowance to help you create a comfortable workspace at home.
