CRM Implementation Consultant

Skill set Responsible for the project’s deliverables and story canvas. Project planning, backlog management and Sprint planning. Design, Configuration, Implementation, Testing and Deployment of Solution. Previous first experience in operational CRM consulting or SaaS Software implementation services in The Netherlands is an advantage. Fluency in both Dutch and English. Your responsibilities include: Analysis of customer requirements Ideation and design of product solution with Zoho One applications Implementation of product solution in the fields of CRM, Marketing, Commerce and other area's Testing of the designed solution together with the customer Project management towards a successful deployment Customer success in the following life-cycle Apora offers: Part-time or Fulltime contract in an international environment Office in Schiedam, but mostly remote working environment Good base salary and excellent growth opportunities Work with an experienced team around the globe What are we looking for?
