CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Build data-driven customer journeys that strengthen engagement, retention, and long-term customer value.

We are looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to develop and optimize customer communication across different stages of the lifecycle.

In this role, you will work closely with marketing, analytics, content, and growth teams to understand customer behavior and translate those insights into relevant communication strategies.

What you'll do

• Build and optimize automated customer journeys across email, push, and other CRM channels.
• Develop lifecycle strategies for onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, reactivation, and loyalty.
• Segment audiences based on behavior, engagement, acquisition source, and lifecycle stage.
• Plan and launch targeted CRM campaigns aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
• Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as open rate, CTR, conversion, retention, churn, and customer lifetime value.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and reduce churn.
• Develop and run A/B tests for messaging, offers, timing, frequency, and audience segments.
• Collaborate with Content and Creative teams to develop relevant customer communications.
• Work with Analytics and Growth teams to connect CRM activity with broader marketing and business performance.
• Monitor customer behavior and continuously refine lifecycle communication based on performance data.
  
  

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Retention Marketing, or a related role.
• Experience working with email marketing, marketing automation, or CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, segmentation, retention, and reactivation strategies.
• Experience building automated communication flows and triggered campaigns.
• Good understanding of CRM metrics, including CTR, conversion rate, retention, churn, LTV, and engagement.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze customer behavior and translate data into actionable marketing decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to campaign management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, analytics, creative, and growth teams.
• English level B2 or higher.
