CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (Must be C1 or C2 English Proficiency)

We're growing at Hello Wash and looking for a talented, hands-on CRM & Marketing Specialist to join our team full-time!

What you'll be doing:

• Build and manage SMS and email marketing campaigns.
• Create automated drip campaigns and customer journeys.
• Develop customer retention, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
• Manage CRM marketing for multiple client accounts.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
• Help execute Hello Wash's own marketing and lead generation efforts.

What we're looking for:

• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Klaviyo, etc.).
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on measurable results.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Someone proactive, creative, and comfortable taking ownership.
