We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. Job Description: Plan and run CRM campaigns across the casino and sportsbook verticals; Manage the full player lifecycle, including activation, retention, and reactivation; Build and maintain player segments based on behavioral and transactional data, including casino activity, betting patterns, and deposit behavior; Develop personalized communications and offers for different player segments; Design and run A/B tests to improve engagement, conversion, and retention; Monitor campaign performance daily and regularly audit CRM activities; Track and analyze core CRM metrics and campaign contribution to GGR/NGR; Turn analysis into concrete actions and recommendations that improve CRM results across both verticals; Support the shift from manual campaigns to automated retention flows; Process and prioritize stakeholder requests based on business impact; Work closely with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and VIP teams. Qualifications: 2+ years of hands-on CRM experience in iGaming (casino and/or sportsbook); Solid understanding of bonus mechanics and their economics, lifecycle funnels, and engagement strategies; Proven track record in segmentation and personalized communication; Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms; Strong analytical skills - able to pull actionable insights from large datasets and work confidently with core metrics; Intermediate English.
