CRM Manager

Our client is an established iGaming company with several years of market presence, a team spanning multiple countries, and a diverse portfolio of successful products across Tier 1–3 markets. The company keeps expanding its product line-up, entering new markets, and growing its affiliate network to strengthen its industry position.

We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager to build and own CRM communications for a new Tier-1 market launch. You'll set up the CRM foundation from scratch in Customer.io, drive retention and repeat-revenue growth, and work hand-in-hand with the Casino Manager on promo and bonus strategy.

• Set up and maintain CRM operations in Customer.io: build segments, events, and messaging flows that run reliably and hit target performance metrics.
• Launch and manage communications across email, push, in-app, and personalized offers for different player segments.
• Partner closely with the Casino Manager on the activity calendar — proposing CRM scenarios and communications that support promotions, preparing offers/segments on time, and launching campaigns.
• Co-design bonuses and promotions with the Casino Manager to drive retention while keeping promo costs under control.
• Establish and drive a continuous optimization process for existing CRM flows.
• Monitor key metrics and dashboards; proactively identify anomalies and bottlenecks.

• 3–5+ years of experience in CRM/retention roles within iGaming or a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with Customer.io: building journeys, segments, events/attributes, templates, campaigns; debugging, launching, and monitoring.
• Strong understanding of multi-channel management: email, SMS, web push, in-app (setup, send logic, frequency capping).
• Experience with user segmentation: RFM, behavioral, lifecycle stages, VIP/anti-abuse triggers.
• A/B testing experience.
• Solid grasp of CRM analytics and key metrics.
• Working knowledge of deliverability best practices and operational control.
• Familiarity with dynamic variables, personalization, localization, UTM/tagging, and content rules.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset with a high sense of ownership.
• English B1+, Ukrainian/Russian.
