CRM & Omnichannel Manager – E-commerce, Revenue & AI At Netenders, a global leader in wholesale blank apparel, you'll own the full customer lifecycle, connecting Marketing, Sales and Customer Service into one revenue engine. Your mission: turn CRM into a measurable growth driver, powered by AI. Your day-to-day: • Run and optimize Klaviyo flows, Salesforce lead scoring, and loyalty/retention programs • Build AI-driven workflows: lead scoring, segmentation, next-best-action, predictive reactivation • Oversee phone channels : call tracking, missed-call recovery, lead attribution • Turn customer data into personalization, reporting, and revenue • Own your numbers: conversion, repeat purchase, AOV, CLV, response times Your profile: • Strong hands-on experience with Klaviyo (or equivalent) and Salesforce • Practical use of AI in CRM/marketing (Agentforce, Einstein, ChatGPT or similar) • E-commerce background, ideally with telephony/call tracking exposure (e.g. Aircall) • Analytical, hands-on, comfortable owning strategy from design to results • Fluent English; other European languages a plus What success looks like: Faster lead response, higher quote-to-order conversion (target: 20%), stronger repeat purchase and loyalty revenue, all measurable, all yours to own.
