CRM Specialist

They specialise in driving growth for a diverse client portfolio through data-driven campaigns and tailored marketing solutions.
They are now seeking to hire a CRM Specialist to manage the build, execution, and quality assurance of client CRM platforms and strategies. This role plays an integral part in bringing eDM, SMS, and automation programs to life while driving lifecycle retention and brand consistency.
Job Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Automation
- Own the day-to-day execution of CRM programs across eDM campaigns, SMS, automated flows, and segmentation
- Build, optimise, and manage high-volume CRM delivery calendars across multiple client accounts
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing to ensure campaign accuracy and brand alignment
Strategy & Performance Analysis
- Contribute to CRM strategy across lifecycle marketing, retention, audience segmentation logic, and program design
- Establish and execute testing roadmaps to drive continuous account optimisation
- Run reporting and performance analysis to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations for clients
Operations & Team Collaboration
- Manage deliverability, list health, suppression lists, and platform data hygiene
- Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and designers to brief and assemble assets to specification
- Proactively audit accounts to identify missing opportunities and build complete marketing programs
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
- Deep working knowledge of ESP platforms including Klaviyo, Dotdigital, and HubSpot
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, QA processes, and campaign deployment
- Proven ability to build end-to-end programs strategically rather than executing simple tasks
- High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple project deadlines concurrently
