CRM Strategy Manager

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement, in collaboration with senior management, the local CRM strategy to maximize customer engagement, retention and long-term customer value
• Own CRM business performance governance, ensuring structured planning, performance monitoring and clear reporting of key customer and commercial KPIs
• Translate customer and commercial insights into actionable recommendations, driving customer growth initiatives, the evolution of lifecycle strategies and commercial performance
• Build strong relationships with both local stakeholders and central teams, ensuring alignment of priorities, roadmap and business objectives
• Act as an individual contributor, taking a hands-on role in CRM platforms and leading the operational execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle initiatives through audience segmentation, targeting, campaign management and performance monitoring

It’s a match if you have…

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar
• A Master’s degree in Economics or a related quantitative field 👩🏻‍🎓👨🏻‍🎓
• Solid knowledge of CRM strategies, customer engagement channels, KPIs and best practices
• Hands-on experience with CRM and analytics platforms
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use AI-based solutions to optimise customer engagement and CRM performance
• Experience in Financial Services, e-commerce or digital businesses is a plus
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to communicate professionally in English 😎
• A flexible, agile and solution-oriented approach
• A strong sense of ownership and the ability to combine strategic thinking with operational execution
