CRO Specialist (SEO-Focused)

About the Role We’re seeking a CRO Specialist to maximize the ROI of our SEO efforts by turning organic visitors into leads, signups, or sales. This role sits at the intersection of UX, analytics, and growth marketing. You’ll run A/B tests, optimize layouts and copy, and collaborate with SEO and product teams to ensure that landing pages convert. Key Responsibilities Analyze user behavior on SEO landing pages using heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel data A/B test key elements such as page layout, headlines, CTA placement, testimonials, and forms Optimize content structure to align with both search intent and conversion intent Partner with designers and developers to implement high-performing variants Set up experiments using tools like Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, or Convert Segment and personalize user experiences based on traffic source, location, or device Work with content teams to maintain messaging consistency while improving persuasion Measure the impact of SEO traffic not just in visits but in conversions and revenue Key Traits Hypothesis-driven thinker with a growth mindset Balanced focus on data and user empathy Creative problem solver who understands SEO traffic behavior Clear communicator who can translate insights into design and copy improvements Qualifications 2–4 years of experience in CRO, UX optimization, or performance marketing Strong understanding of SEO-driven landing pages and organic user intent Proficient with A/B testing tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.) Skilled in conversion copywriting, user psychology, and performance design Bonus: HTML/CSS/JS knowledge to support implementation or troubleshooting Nice-to-Haves Experience with international SEO or large-scale enterprise websites. Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Core Web Vitals, and schema markup. Familiarity with A/B testing tools and CRO practices.
