We are seeking a highly skilled Cross-Border Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will focus on managing cross-border freight operations for Mexico. The ideal candidate has a proven background in cross-border logistics, carrier sales and is fluent in both English and Spanish. **This is an after-hours position. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.** Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage cross-border shipments between the U.S. and Mexico, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations Work closely with carriers, shippers, and customs brokers to facilitate smooth transit Identify, negotiate, and secure capacity with carriers to meet customer shipping requirements Monitor and track shipments, providing real-time updates to clients and internal stakeholders Resolve any issues related to customs, documentation, or freight delays Maintain compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies Requirements: Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required) Previous operations experience in cross-border Mexico freight (required) Proven experience in carrier sales, including capacity sourcing and rate negotiation Strong understanding of U.S.-Mexico customs processes and logistics regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field highly preferred ATG offers medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, and HSA benefits on the first of the month following the date of hire.
