Remote | CRM Operations Specialist — $28–$92/hour
24-MAGWe are sharing a specialised consulting opportunity for experienced CRM and sales operations professionals with strong expertise in platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and adjacent revenue tools to contribute to an advanced AI training and evaluation project focused on real-world CRM workflows.
Selected professionals will evaluate AI-generated CRM and sales-process outputs, review operational data, identify workflow issues, and provide structured feedback grounded in practical CRM expertise. The work combines CRM operations, sales enablement, process improvement, data-quality review, and rubric-based evaluation. Prior paid experience in AI-related human data work is advantageous but not required.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Workflow & Sales Process Evaluation
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs involving CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic
- Assess whether model responses align with real-world CRM and revenue-operations practices
- Identify inaccurate assumptions, broken workflow logic, or unrealistic process recommendations
- Review examples involving sales operations, customer records, automation, and pipeline management
- Apply practical CRM expertise when judging output quality and business relevance
CRM Data Review & Annotation
- Review, analyse, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions
- Identify inconsistencies, data-quality issues, or workflow problems within CRM environments
- Apply structured labels and evaluation criteria consistently
- Support AI training objectives through accurate and well-documented CRM examples
- Flag ambiguous or complex cases that fall outside existing project guidelines
Rubric-Based Evaluation & Model Feedback
- Apply written guidelines and rubrics when rating or ranking AI-generated responses
- Evaluate outputs for accuracy, completeness, usefulness, and operational realism
- Provide clear written reasoning behind evaluation decisions
- Deliver actionable feedback to project stakeholders and model-development teams
- Identify recurring model weaknesses across CRM and sales-operations scenarios
Sales Operations & Process Improvement
- Document current CRM and sales-operations practices, pain points, and workflow constraints
- Contribute representative scenarios grounded in real-world CRM operations
- Identify opportunities to improve automation, data integrity, and process efficiency
- Apply process-mapping and analytical skills to complex business workflows
- Recommend improvements based on established CRM and sales-operations best practices
Ideal Profile
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in CRM and sales operations
- At least 2 years of direct experience working within CRM platforms
- Strong expertise with Salesforce or HubSpot; depth in one platform is sufficient
- Comparable CRM-platform experience may also be considered
- Familiarity with tools such as Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or ClickFunnels is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to optimise sales processes, implement automations, and maintain CRM data integrity
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail across complex operational workflows
- Experience with process mapping and operational documentation
- Prior paid human-data work involving annotation, labelling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading is advantageous
- Experience as a software or QA engineer working on CRM integrations, automation, migrations, or CRM logic is beneficial but not required
- Strong written and verbal English at B2 level or above
- Reliable internet connection and availability to begin promptly

- Work will involve CRM workflow evaluation, sales-process review, data annotation, rubric-based assessment, and written feedback
- Strong practical CRM and sales-operations expertise is central to this engagement
- Prior paid AI human-data experience is beneficial but not required
- General day-to-day use of AI tools alone does not constitute the preferred AI-evaluation experience
- Project scope, workload, timing, and evaluation standards may evolve depending on project requirements
- Work must be completed without using confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, institution, or other third party
