This position collaborates with educators, program staff, and stakeholders to identify shared training needs, coordinate cross-fellowship learning opportunities, manage educational resources, and support training events. The role ensures training programs, materials, and activities are effectively organized, aligned with program goals, and responsive to learner needs.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-fellowship training initiatives and support collaboration across fellowship programs.
- Collect, analyze, and maintain information related to competencies, learning requirements, and training priorities.
- Develop and maintain tracking tools, crosswalks, spreadsheets, and documentation to identify shared learning opportunities.
- Organize and facilitate meetings with program staff, educators, and stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation, educational materials, and program records.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including communications, registration, webinar support, and participant engagement.
- Facilitate training sessions and provide support to presenters, moderators, and participants.
- Manage training evaluations and compile feedback to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Curate and maintain educational resources that address common learning needs across fellowship programs.
- Monitor training plans and educational offerings to ensure alignment with program objectives and learner needs.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, Public Health, Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training coordination, workforce development, program management, education administration, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating meetings, training events, workshops, webinars, or educational programs.
- Experience collecting, organizing, and maintaining program data, records, and documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Education, Public Health, Organizational Development, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience supporting fellowship, workforce development, healthcare, public health, or government training programs.
- Experience coordinating virtual and instructor-led training events for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and competency-based training frameworks.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training evaluation tools.
- Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders in a complex organizational environment.
