About the Role

The Crypto Trading & Portfolio Strategist will contribute to cryptocurrency market research, digital asset trading strategy development, and portfolio optimization initiatives. The role combines quantitative analysis, financial research, portfolio construction, and AI-driven market intelligence to evaluate investment opportunities across global digital asset markets. Working with technology, research, and strategy professionals, the strategist will analyze trading methodologies, assess portfolio performance, and explore data-driven approaches to cryptocurrency investment decisions. This position offers opportunities to apply advanced analytics, machine learning concepts, and financial modeling to emerging digital asset markets within a technology-focused consulting environment.

What You'll Do

• Develop and evaluate cryptocurrency trading strategies across spot, derivatives, and decentralized financial markets

• Analyze digital asset portfolios, allocation models, diversification strategies, and risk-adjusted investment performance

• Monitor cryptocurrency market trends, liquidity conditions, price movements, and macroeconomic factors influencing digital assets

• Conduct quantitative and fundamental research on Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, tokenomics, and emerging blockchain investment opportunities

• Explore AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and automated research tools to enhance trading strategy evaluation

• Prepare portfolio performance reports, market intelligence assessments, and strategic investment recommendations

• Collaborate with technology, research, and consulting teams to develop data-driven trading frameworks and portfolio analysis methodologies

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in cryptocurrency trading, portfolio management, investment research, quantitative analysis, or financial markets

• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, cryptocurrency trading strategies, portfolio construction, and blockchain technology

• Experience with technical analysis, asset allocation, risk management, financial modeling, and trading performance evaluation

• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi protocols, derivatives, on-chain analytics, and digital asset research platforms

• Strong analytical and quantitative capabilities, with proficiency in Excel, TradingView, or similar platforms; Python, SQL, or machine learning experience is an advantage

• Excellent research, decision-making, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline preferred; CFA, FRM, or practical cryptocurrency trading experience is an advantage

Compensation

SGD 135,000–155,000 per year in proposed gross base salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
