Role Description

thedobuy is seeking a Cryptocurrency Trader to work remotely from Dubai. The successful candidate will analyze cryptocurrency markets, identify trading opportunities, evaluate market trends, and apply disciplined trading and risk management strategies. The role will also involve researching digital assets and monitoring trading performance to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze cryptocurrency markets and identify potential trading opportunities

• Monitor Bitcoin, Ethereum, altcoins, and emerging digital assets

• Research price movements, liquidity, volatility, and trading volume

• Develop and evaluate trading strategies using market data

• Conduct technical and fundamental market analysis

• Monitor trade performance and maintain accurate trading records

• Apply position sizing and risk management controls

• Research exchange listings, trading pairs, and market developments

• Prepare regular trading performance reports

• Stay informed about blockchain innovation and crypto industry trends

Qualifications

• Experience in cryptocurrency trading, financial markets, or digital asset research

• Strong understanding of crypto exchanges and digital asset markets

• Knowledge of technical analysis and market indicators

• Understanding of trading risk, portfolio exposure, and position sizing

• Strong analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with crypto market data and trading tools

• Experience with automated trading or derivatives is an advantage

• Ability to make disciplined, data-driven decisions in volatile markets

• Strong communication and reporting skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Compensation

AED 450,000–950,000 gross per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and trading expertise. Any performance-based incentives would depend on the employer's compensation policy.
