Position Summary

We are looking for a motivated Customer Solutions Intern to join our Supply Chain department for a 6-month paid internship. In this role, you will support the Customer Solutions team in ensuring excellent customer experience for key customers.
You will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient order management, service excellence, and continuous process improvement. You will also contribute to digitalization and optimization initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support the management and follow-up of customer orders throughout the entire Order-to-Cash process, from order entry to delivery and invoicing.
- Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, invoicing, and other service-related topics.
- Monitor order execution and proactively identify and resolve issues that could impact customer service.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Logistics, Supply Planning, Master Data, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and our Shared Service Center.
- Contribute to digitalization and continuous improvement projects within Customer Solutions, helping to simplify processes and increase efficiency.
- Support the analysis of service performance through dashboards and KPIs, identify trends, and propose improvement actions.
- Assist in managing specific customer portfolios, ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in problem-solving activities and root-cause analysis to improve operational performance and customer experience.
- Help ensure compliance with internal processes while meeting customer expectations and service-level agreements.
- Work across multiple product categories and customer channels, gaining a broad understanding of supply chain operations.
What Will Make You Successful?
- You are Fluent in Dutch and/or French, with a professional knowledge of English (daily contact with Lisbon)
- You are have obtained or are currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent by experience

- You have a passion for working with customers internally and externally based on trust and want to develop long-term relationships
